Connie is a local lawyer, serving members of North Grenville and the surrounding communities in the areas of Real Estate and Wills and Estates. With a résumé that includes 17 years of managerial experience and 17 years in the legal field, Connie's unique cadre of expertise makes her a sought-after instructor and speaker.

Connie is a former Algonquin College Instructor, past member of the Board of Directors of the Kemptville Youth Centre, the Board of Directors of the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation and the Old Town Kemptville BIA, and provides pro bono legal services to a number of local charities and not-for-profit organizations that benefit North Grenville.

Originally from Kemptville, Hugh graduated from North Grenville District High School in 1989 and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University in 1993. He served a distinguished 30-year career with the Ottawa Police Service, where he held investigative, administrative, and supervisory roles and received several awards for meritorious service, including the Exemplary Service Medal in 2017 and recognition by the Canadian Police Association in 2004 for an act of bravery.

With his unique background, Hugh understands the complexities of the human experience and the fundamental right to accessible legal representation and procedural fairness. He brings a practical approach to problem solving and client satisfaction and looks forward to his second career serving the residents of Kemptville and surrounding area.
